Virtual Victory In Weight Loss

This picture book tells that in an era of aesthetic unity, a little girl named Ellie weaves an illusion for herself after taking an extreme weight loss measure. In that illusion, with the help of a teddy dog named Kana, which she made up, she achieved a false victory in weight loss. However, the illusion will eventually burst, and the success she can achieve can only be achieved by herself.

The theme of these four paintings is called "Crazy Queuing", which is caused by the phenomenon I see in real life. If we pass some online stores and luxury stores in our daily life, we will find that there is a common feature of these stores, that is, there are long lines at the entrance of these stores. Sociologists explain it as queuing effect. People like to follow the trend and curiosity to guide them to queue, which also leads
to another "luxury effect": the higher the price of goods, the more popular consumers are. I want to use these four pictures to show people the negative consequences of the queuing effect.

The theme of these four paintings is "self therapy", which is inspired by my daily life style. Our lives are often full of difficulties and challenges. These difficulties and challenges will breed pressure. At this time, we need some ways to release these pressures, so as not to cause serious mental illness. Some people will go to the amusement park, others will go to the beauty massage Everyone will release the pressure in their hearts in different ways. My way is to eat a lot of delicious food to make up for myself.

This picture book tells the story of a little mooncake who believes that making friends means giving everything she has. In her journey, she shares bits of her precious filling with every new friend, hoping that generosity alone will win their hearts. But as she becomes emptier and more fragile, she slowly realizes that true friendship is not built on self-sacrifice. It is the little pig, rabbit, and lion who show her that genuine connection comes from mutual care—where giving and receiving are balanced. In the end, the little mooncake learns that friendship does not require hollowing herself out; what matters most is being herself and letting others share warmth with her.
